Acne Treatment

At Mario Badescu Skin Care we feel that no one should have to live with the embarrassment of acne. Acne is an inflammatory condition in the pores caused by hormones which cause production of excess sebum, along with the presence of p.acnes bacteria. When the pressure builds within the pores from the accumulation of sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria, the pore wall ruptures and white blood cells flood the site, causing a pimple. While there is no cure for acne, we have developed a full line of cleansers, astringents, masks and spot treatments products to help control excess oil, reduce inflammation and heal existing pimples.
